The Challenge

Understanding the problem

Multi-outlet retailers run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, a billing machine at each counter and a WhatsApp group for stock queries. Nobody has a current view of what's where, so stock sits in the wrong shop and reorders happen too late.

The Marketing Angle

This is the upgrade path. A retailer who came to us for a website and then outgrew spreadsheets doesn't need a new vendor — the software argument is easier to make once the website relationship already exists.

Our Approach

How we built it

01

One stock view across outlets

Live inventory per outlet with transfer requests, low-stock alerts and reorder points, replacing the shared spreadsheet.

02

Billing and daily reconciliation

Counter billing that feeds the same database as inventory, so the day's sales and the day's stock movement always agree.

03

Reporting and access control

Owner, manager and counter-staff roles see different things. Reporting answers the questions an owner actually asks on a Monday.

What it demonstrates

Demonstrates the jump from spreadsheets to a single operational system, and shows the software capability behind the website business.

This is a concept build, so there are no traffic or revenue figures to report — we only publish those for live client projects.
